Mt. Chokai Curry Roux was created by the homemakers, chefs, and manufacturers of Yuza Town who live within the rich nature of Mt. Chokai and know its local ingredients well. They developed it to help people enjoy delicious local ingredients more. This curry is made with delicious Yuza-grown bell peppers and sweet potatoes, and brings out the natural sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of seasonal produce of the spring-water-nourished land, Mt. Chokai, and the Sea of Japan.
