First established in 1487 during Japan’s Muromachi period, Hiraizumi has continued as a beloved local sake brewery for over 500 years. This Junmai sake is brewed using the underground water of Mt. Chokai and the traditional Yamahai method. It has a refreshing acitidy and is a popular sake to pair with foods.
