This product is made with 100% Yuza Town ingredients—water from the sea off the coast off Yuza Town, and bell peppers (paprika) grown with spring water from Mt. Chokai. Paprika Salt is made by upcycling the bell pepper skin and seeds leftover from making Ljutenica (another certified product). The salt is extracted by boiling seawater. This gives the finished product a mild salt flavor, combined with the flavor and characteristic bright colors of red and yellow bell peppers.
