Available in two flavors, this French-style grilled sandwich combines ham or cheese with the delicious flavor of figs. The figs grown in the Ōtake area of Nikaho City are made into kanroni (fruit preserved by simmering in a sweet syrup), which is then used in these sandwiches. The crispiness of a freshly-grilled bagel and gooey melted cheese are a delicious pairing.
