Rice Flour Baumkuchen: Ripe Shōnai Melon Flavor

This baumkuchen is made with 100% rice flour from the Shōnai Plain and fruit from Sakata City specialty Shōnai Sand Dune melons. The outside is decorated to look like the net-like pattern of a melon rind, making this product resemble a melon in both flavor and appearance.
This product is gluten free, so those with flour allergies or gluten sensitivity can enjoy it without worry.
