This bento lunch box is filled with local ingredients and designed to look like snow-capped Mt. Chokai as seen from the south.
The lunch box includes rice, vegetables, Shōnai pork, and other local incredients produced in the Shōnai Plain, whose terrain and rich soil were shaped over time by Mt. Chokai, the Mogami River, and the mineral-rich spring water the region is blessed with. The rice used is the Sasanishiki variety, grown here in Yuza Town.
