Tobishima Island’s tourism center, this building was designed to resemble a squid from the outside. Inside are the ferry ticket counter, a small shop with souvenirs, and a restaurant upstairs.
On the stairs, you can find birdwatching information.
The 3rd floor offers a view overlooking the Katsuura area.
