
Doburoku is a type of unfiltered sake with a sweet, full-bodied flavor. This doburoku is made with sake rice cultivated in the rice-rich Shōnai Plain and groundwater from Mt. Chokai. The name “Kurodobu” signifies a highly-skilled brewing technique, borrowing kuro (black) from the kuro-obi or black belt of martial arts.
