This lunch set is a collaboration with the farmers market in the Yawata area of Sakata City.
Designed around the geopark’s theme of “the cycle of water and life,” this meal features Tsuyahime variety rice and the season’s local vegetables, grown in the Yawata area where the soil is nourished by Mt. Chokai. The set also includes Chokai Plateau yogurt, from dairy cows who are also nourished by mineral-rich water from the mountain.
