This bread is made with the signature curry of Yuza Town to give you a taste of the local region. Onions and carrots locally grown in Yuza (thanks to the abundant groundwater and soul of Mt. Chokai) are simmered together in a mild curry sauce, then stuffed into this curry bread with chunks of pork belly. Coarse breadcrumbs cover the outside of the bun. The bakery strives to provide it as freshly fried as possible.
